Jeremy Auger
With over a quarter-century of experience in technology leadership, Jeremy's career includes building and scaling a global enterprise. As a co-founder of D2L (TSX: DTOL), he was instrumental in scaling the company from a startup into a public global EdTech unicorn.
He is a named inventor on over 30 patents and has driven critical initiatives across product innovation, M&A, corporate strategy, and global expansion in his roles as CTO, COO, and CSO.
Acknowledged for his leadership with the Globe & Mail’s Best Executive Award and Wilfrid Laurier’s Alumnus of the Year, Jeremy also serves on a number of corporate boards and has shared his expertise by advising the federal government on the future of work. In his personal time, he considers his hobby to be "hobbies," constantly exploring new arenas and striving to learn new things.
Noel Webb
Noel is a serial entrepreneur and innovator in AI and enterprise software. He founded Karen.ai, an AI-powered HR tech startup acquired by AMS, where he later served as Global Head of Digital Products, leading technology, AI, and data strategy worldwide. Noel previously built CTrade, a fintech company focused on algorithmic crypto trading, and was Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Whitecap Venture Partners.
An active advisor and mentor with Creative Destruction Lab and NEXT Canada, Noel was recognized with the Tim Price Award for Entrepreneurship. His expertise spans product innovation, AI applications, and go-to-market strategy. Beyond tech, Noel is also a musician and longtime drummer with notable Canadian bands, bringing a creative touch to the team.
